This theme has been taken from "Windows Embedded Standard CTP Refresh" and works perfectly in Windows XP and 2003.

Download the ZIP file, extract it and run the .EXE file. After that you can apply the theme from Desktop Properties. A selection of wallpapers is also included in the pack.

Installation
To load this theme, we recommend TuneUp Styler 2, part of the award-winning TuneUp Utilities 2009. Or, use the free Multi-Patcher to patch your uxtheme.dll file to allow you to load un-signed themes and visual styles.
