The leaked Windows 7 build string is 6.1.7106.0.winmain.090408-1623 which shows that the build was compiled on 08th April 2009 at 16:23 Hours. The build series 71XX are pre RTM builds. Microsoft is simultaneously compiling 70XX and 71XX series builds.
