It seems like the deformation appears only in the integrated programs, e.g.: Notepad, Wordpad, Paint ... The other programs (e.g.: MS Word, Excel …) seem to work fine. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I patched uxtheme (using UXTender) and applied msstyles theme to my Windows XP SP3. I used the one here: Leopard X http://kspudw.deviantart.com/art/Leopard-X-76664828. Here is the problem:
