What happens when Windows7 beta expires? Practically nothing really. Here is what I found out by changing my bios dates to December 2009. When windows starts, after the welcome screen, two dialog boxes come up (screenshots below) and you just have to click on "Ask me Later" in the first dialog and "OK" button in the next. After that everything, I mean EVERYTHING (including Aero), works just fine EXCEPT one small thing. You have to manually set the wallpaper everytime your PC starts or u logoff and login. So, be cool nothing bad gonna happen. I have checked everything.
