Rafael has managed to patch uxtheme.dll, themeservice.dll and themeui.dll of Windows 7 build 7000. You will have to download and replace these three system files for using custom visual styles in Windows 7. I know there is no visual style of it released yet, but he has opened the door of opportunity.
