TweakXPlorer v2.50 Beta 2 can change folder background (TweakFolder), change Explorer toolbar background (TweakToolbar), change folder thumbnail with your pictures (TweakThumbnail), and adjust the size of thumbnail, the quality of thumbnail picture and disable thumbnail caching (TweakThumbnail)
