My computer is relly messed up after i uninstalled Vista Transformation Pack v9.0
I uninstalled it after it made my PC to laggy.

Maybe you just need to run an icon repair? There's one in TuneUP Utilities 2009. You can download it and use it free for 30 days. I'd do that and it should clean up the system for you.
