Microsoft has opened up the beta to a broader audience. Starting today, MSDN and TechNet subscribers will have access to the Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 SP2 beta. If you don't have access to MSDN and TechNet, then download the attached .bat file. Running it will allow you to download SP2 beta through Microsoft Windows Update.
