I think this article should have been posted much earlier by the editors of "Engineering Windows 7" (the official blog of Windows 7) because we all already know almost everything about the new Windows 7 taskbar (thanks to M.Sudoku's Everything you want to know about Windows 7 Taskbar thread). But still it is worth looking at the taskbar again as per the perception of the Windows 7 developers themselves.
