First is the Launchy style launcher named SerK, developed by kailash. It's a small skinnable utility that saves you a lot of time. You just need to type in the box what you need and it'll open it for you. You can create custom short cuts, start and end the processes.

The second one is Windows XP Taskbar & Start Menu Remover, developed by KaneBT. Once installed, it will automatically start with Windows, disabling the Taskbar, Start Menu and Windows key on the keyboard. Very useful for the dock and other taskbar/start menu replacing apps users.
