Desktop Effects is an application that ads special effects to your desktop. Forget the boring static wallpaper, but use a dynamic Photo Slideshow to your desktop. The new version includes snow effect, fire effect, video wallpaper, photo slideshow, desktop scribbler, underwater wallpaper.
