yeah I downloaded Decadent it came like windows classic then when I changed it after a short while it got all black I cant see the font at all what am I gonna do?? I can only c the Icons Even when I change to another theme default one and cant see nothing just black

do you have XP or vista? Also do you still have all the regular themes in the display options? also did you get the trial version of style XP? to fix it if you have no other themes in your display options except classic check out style XP if you dont already have it install the normal XP theme in there then uninstall style XP it should be back to normal...usually there is nothing wrong with the theme, either your operating system is different from the normal XP themes format or style XP can freak out on you.
