Anyone know of any good theme creators prefrably free but it dont matter if i have to pay. I cant find much on google for some reason. Thanks in advance

There are really only three:

TGTSoft StyleBuilder
TopThinks TopThemes XP
StarDock SkinStudio

StyleBuilder is the best. StyleBuilder and TopThemes XP make standard Windows visual styles (.msstyles). StarDock creates proprietary themes that require WindowBlinds to use.

i thought that stylebuilder only did visual styles i cant seem to find out where to give it an attached wallpaper, sounds and all that other stuff

Style XP from tgtSoft would be what you are looking for to apply themes created with StyleBuilder. The site is at http://www.tgtsoft.com/ , but neither product is free. They do however come initially as 30 day trial versions.

i got stylebuilder and style xp but i dont want to apply a wallpaper just for myself i am working on a new visual style but i want to be able to give it a wallpaper so when the user installs it i want the wallpaper to change to the chosen one instead of just a colour
