I'VE DOWNLOADED THE FILE..I TRIED TO EXTRACT IT...AND WHEN IT SHOW UP ON MY SETTING/THEMES THINGY IT DOESNT SHOW THE THEME...WHAT AM I DOING WRONG..CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A SIMPLE STEP BY STEP...THX U.........

It might be a good idea to tell us which theme you are trying to use so people can look at that theme to see if it is the theme itself that has an error or if it is something you are doing wrong. Anyway did you look in the list to see if it was there? and did you check the other boxes to see if it was in there? did you press apply to see if it applied it? it does sound like your doing it right but it can be easyer using something like Style XP
