i want to make my own icons to go with my desktop..
is there a program i can download?... pref. a free one.

the only program i know of is easy icon maker because thats the only one i ever used but there are alot of programs out there if you look but easy icon maker is not free and i done a search on google but i come up with nothing but im sure there are some out there you just gotta be patient
