Can I ask how to change the image shown below?

The window is fine, just the Windows XP Logo at the top (the highlighted bit)

I Have seen it done so I am wondering how to change it!

I think the bitmaps are contained in msgina.dll. There's some info at here but couldn't say what bitmap it is in order to replace it. Try searching Google for msgina.dll and you may find more info.
