Im am new to the skinning xp and i was curius. How do i create a style xp login screen from scratch.Is there a program that does it?

Hamesh: Stardock LogonStudio is free and is really the only actively developed software available. Logons built with LogonStudio require LogonStudio to load, but it is free.
