How do i get like the clock on my desktop wallpaper like this guy has it in this theme

Oh, if you read the discription, he includes skins for Rainy, Sysmetrix and Windows Media Player in the download. The calendar is Rainlendar, that's what he means by Rainy - see http://vapaa.dc.inet.fi/~rainy/index.php. I forget where Sysmetrix is - search Google and I'm sure you'll find it (if you want that also).
