A video posted on the French Microsoft website shows some odd footage of what looks to be a different take on the Windows 7 UI. This video was posted way back in February and it doesn't have a build stamp in the right hand corner so its hard to make out what the heck it is. Paul Thurrott made it clear that this is an old build of Windows because it has the health center and an old UAC Interface.
