It is confirmed that Windows 7 RC build number is 7100, and is completed! According to the version numbers build 7100.0.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700 was compiled on April 21, 2009 and has been handed out to OEM partners. MSDN and TechNet customers will receive Windows 7 RC build 7100 within the next week, and it will be released to public on May 5th if everything goes to the plan.
