Some notable changes in Windows 7 Build 7048 are there is no longer Send Feedback link on the title bar of Windows. Actually, it may has been removed since several build earlier, including Windows 7 Build 7047 which was built a day earlier (winmain client 7047.0.090218-1900, server 7047.0.090219-0255). Other important change is Windows 7 Business has now be corrected as Windows 7 Professional during setup installation, which supposed to be the official name of the Windows 7 editions.
