Looks like you didn't patch your uxtheme.dll file, or you tried and it failed. Run Multi-patcher to patch your uxtheme.dll file to allow it to load un-signed themes. Or just get TuneUp Utilities 2007, which will do it for you and makes it easy to load and manage all your themes.
