Windows Vista theme help, I am in need of help Options

I tried installing a theme from DeviantART, it seemed to go alright until i rebooted, and was greeted with an error.

The text below is not exact but similar to what i saw

Cannot allocate PhysicalMemory in loadpoint KERNEL32.DLL

There was more text than that also.

Then windows would continue to boot after i press OK and then Explorer would crash, and task manager wouldnt run, then LogonUI.exe would continuously tell me the same error as above. Then the system would just sit at a black screen and do nothing.

I donot know what im doing wrong, someone help?
