I've downloaded this successfully but can't seen to understand how to install a .Rar file for a windows XP theme.

This file seems to download very slowly. After opening it with a "RAR" extraction program, there is no documentation on how to install it correctly.

Fixed the download problem. Oh, these themes work on Windows XP and 2003 only. Sorry no Win2K.
